Returns and refunds
For standard online purchases, you can cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your item. Tell us by emailing dashvanta@outlook.com, then return it within a further 14 days. Cancellation does not require our approval.
We provide the separate return address directly. Contact us promptly for it; do not send items to the business contact address. We will not use this process to restrict your cancellation rights.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed items. Keep proof of posting.
We refund using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. We also refund any standard outbound delivery charge. We may deduct for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the item. Opening packaging alone does not remove your rights.
If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, contact us. Your statutory rights to a refund, repair or replacement remain unaffected.
